Terms of sale

These terms cover buying and using Nudge, made by CAWVideo Limited, 98A Braemar Road, Castor Bay, Auckland 0620, New Zealand.

Buying

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. They handle payment, receipts and any sales tax, and their own terms also apply to your purchase.

Your licence

• One payment gets you a lifetime licence for Nudge.
• Each licence key covers the number of editors you bought, with 2 computer activations per editor. Solo is 2 activations, 2 editors is 4, and so on.
• Team keys are for editors in your own business or team.
• Please don't share, resell or publish your key or the software.

Requirements

Nudge needs DaVinci Resolve Studio on Windows or Mac. Please check this before you buy.

Updates and support

We fix problems and improve Nudge where we can, by email at nudge@cawvideo.co.nz. We can't promise it will work with every future version of Resolve.

Liability

Nudge is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing here affects your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or other consumer law that can't be excluded.

Law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
